the Weird Sisters - CQ2 IJ Version!
| Myron "Waggy" Wagtail - Lead Singer - born 1970 - Gryffindor - Graduated '88. Born Archibald Stewart McLean. Total narcissist. Smokes like it's going out of style. Used to play the guitar (learned with Kirley and Donnie) but quickly gave it up, becoming the lead singer. Engaged to Tonks, and though no one expects a wedding anytime soon, there's a baby on the way. Founding member of the band. | |
| Kirley Columbus Duke - Lead Guitarist - born 1971 - Slytherin - Graduated '89. Brilliant at Quidditch - too bad he loves music more. Only knows how to make porridge. After Donaghan moved out his on-again-off-again girlfriend Dizzy Parkin moved in, who makes sure he's fed. Founding member of the band | |
| Donaghan Job Tremlett - Bass Guitarist - born 1972 - Slytherin - Graduated '90. Had a rocky start with his marriage, but is currently happily married with two children and a Jarvey. The whole family is vegetarian. Founding member of the band. | |
| Heathcote Barbary Rhythm Guitar - born 1974 - Gryffindor - Graduated '93. Best friends with Herman. Found guilty of possession of powdered dragon's claw more than two dozen times. Quite possibly in love with Herman. Joined band after graduation, present on first album. | |
| Herman Wintringham Lute - born 1974 - Hufflepuff - Graduated '93. Best friends with Heathcote. Is pretty sure they've snogged before, but can't remember. Trying to learn the Ukulele. Joined band after graduation, present on first album. | |
| Gideon Crumb - Bagpipes - born Jan-Aug 1975 - Hufflepuff - Graduated '93. Has a collection of women's underwear. Former zoo-keeper, gillyweed addict and "yes-sexual," Gideon now has a daughter, Ada, with one of his former girlfriends. Joined band after first album. | |
| Orsino Thruston - Drums - born Jan-Aug 1976 - Graduated '94. Replaced former drummer Gareth Aubrey and plays all but one track on the second album. Until he was approached by Myron, he planned on becoming a chef. Drums were just for fun. Joined band at the beginning of production of the second album when original drummer quit. | |
| Merton Graves - Cello - born 1978 - Ravenclaw - Would have graduated '96, if he had finished school. Youngest member of the group. Constantly teased because of it. Dropped out of Hogwarts after his OWLS. "Dated" Ginny Weasley to take Harry/Ginny out of the public eye. Joined band very recently, present beginning with the third album. |
| Gareth Aubrey Left due to "Creative Differences." Is currently pursuing a solo career which is doing quite well in Japan, though his Japanese fiancee was killed by a Imperiused Meaghan McCormack in the summer of '98. He's still having a tough time with that one. Gareth met Myron almost immediately after Myron left school and he joined The Weird Sisters early on in their career. Being a few years older than Myron and much older than most of the other band members, he was often dissatisfied with them, claiming the band was "too immature" and "driving him crazy." After a large argument in the recording studio while working on the second album, Aubrey finally left the band, which surprised no one. He claims "creative differences" while they claim it was "that git's ruddy enormous ego." |
